Warranty exchange

Sent my glasses in for a warranty exchange with the box, charging case and cleaning cloth and got back only some glasses. No box, no charging case, no cloth.. been going back and forth with what I think is Ai customer service for ALMOST A MONTH.. Still have not received any of the items i sent. Has anyone else had this experience?
