Won’t charge

this started today. My glasses disconnected and had Low battery but kept reconnecting randomly. I got them home and put them into the case. The light on the case stays orange. The glasses do not charge. I’ve cleaned the contacts. I’ve reset both the case and glasses. I was able to repair them to the app but now they will not do anything. The case battery life does not show up in the app. The battery life for the glasses does not show up either. I had to find it in the find my glasses option. It says there’s an update but cannot run the update since the battery is too low. I tried factory resetting from the app and i was able to but now im getting no lights on the glasses even when I try to force reset. 

any ideas?

    HI mine are doing the same. The screw in the arm came out so i took them back to vision express where i purchest with prescription lencies and they informed me thy would order a new screw. After 3 weeks not hering from them i went in the store and they took the screw from another pair of meta Ray Bans and put it in mine and now the case charges fine but the glasses are not charging or coming on. 

    I have only had them since May 26 and with my bi-focual tinted lences these cost over a thousand pound. It not good
