Can't enbale bloom in URP

I can't get the bloom effect to work for OVRCameraRig. I'm using URP. Does anyone have any idea?

    Do you added Global Volume? Maybe you also need to enable HDR on camera "CenterEyeAnchor".

    Nvm, just need to update URP to v7.6.0 or above. https://forum.unity.com/threads/cant-enable-hdr-when-in-vr.1021468/
