Dev Kit 2 Unity integration

I see that the FAQ says that there's no intention to bundle a Unity trial with the DK2 - that's understandable and fine with me anyway because I recently came to the end of my trial and bought a license. I would like to enter a plea though if there's anything Oculus can do to influence Unity - please don't let them require us to buy Unity 5 in order to use the DK2 - I really can't afford another license fee right now!

It's up to Oculus developers to maintain compatibility, and I don't see for whatever reason the DK2/CV1 shouldn't be compatible with Unity 4.

    Updated SDK is plenty.

Yeah, it seems to me the chances are it'll work, but it's also possible Unity will see an opportunity to make a quick buck. I'm already a bit annoyed having just paid for 4 to see that 5 is coming round the corner!

So far Unity hasn't lifted a finger for Oculus on the code side. Everything you have now in Unity is just scripts by Oculus, so it will carry over.
