Fix for Deferred lighting, skybox, realtime shadows, fov

I wanted to use deferred lighting in unity so I came up with a solution that avoids dealing with the lens offset in the matrix
and thought id share it here..

Install OculusUnityIntegration.unitypackage first then install the following files over it.

No longer advised

If you want to find the edits I have made so as to integrate the code search for the string c06
Three files are affected.

After installing the package I recommend you increase the fov on the camera controller to 130
And enable deferred lighting in player settings.

OK, I had our lead Unity developer take a look at this. He said there were certain things in this patch that changed key aspects of our implementation, and that we can't recommend that people use this.

Basically we are altering the projection matrix in order to account for the spacing between the lenses (and the fact that the center of the lens could be off-axis from the viewport on the screen). This is why certain things don't work (like the default skybox). However, it seems this patch may break that functionality.

So while it was a great effort, it does not have the same output as our official integration and we cannot really recommend it.
