Help w/ Global Fog - height changes when head tilts

Has anybody encountered this problem when using image effects>global fog?

In the first image you can see the actual height of the fog (thin gray line):

Whenever I tilt my head to the right it increases the height of the fog on only the left camera:

And it does the same thing but in reverse for the opposite direction:

Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Does the image effect take the height of the camera into its calc? With the camera offset the one is higher than the other, so that'd be my guess.

If it turns out that's the case, see if you can point the effect at the height of the controller component that the cameras and children to.

I would bet it's being caused by the effect not being able to handle the offset perspective matrix.

Thanks for the help on this guys... I appreciate that. Looks like it's definitely not a simple fix like I'd hoped it might be. :|

I can replicate this issue here. I will see if I can get someone to look into it.

I am also having a global fog issue. I'm not exactly sure if this is the exact same issue or a different one. This problem does seem to occur due to the oculus though as it looks alright in editor. Notice how you can see the outline of where the fog should be in relation to other objects in my background, but how it is noticeably separated from that or those points. (Screenshot attached)

I just checked it and it looks to be fixed in Unity 5.

I'm having the same issue, the global fog's height changes when I look up and down on the dk2. I'm using unity 5.2 and the native vr support, with Oculus utilities.
