oculus run time installer issue

Hi all,
I am trying install OCULUS RUN TIME SDK 0.4.3_Win in my WINDOWS 8.1 Operating System but i unable to install because i am getting one error like positional tracker x 64 insatllation failed. How to sort out this problem , Please help me ,
