oculus-unity intergration issue

I am using Unity unity 5.1.2f1 and I just updated Oculus runtime version to 0.7 on windows 7. I have also updated my NVidia driver to 355.84 as recommended. I am getting these warning when I try to play my very simple scene in Unity:

[Compositor] ERROR: Compositor failed to initialize.
Bad config or LibOVR not found. VR disabled.
Could not set Oculus caps. VR disabled.

And VR is disabled in play mode. I don't know what is going on. I have tried adding Oculus SDK and Oculus Unity Utilities asset to the project as well but didn't resolved the problem.

It's hard to say without seeing the logs. I'd like both the Diagnostic and Server logs from here:

Maybe try to upload as files or host with a 3rd party hosting service.

I rolled back the Oculus runtime and it seems to have half fixed the issue. At least it runs most of the time now. Still having intermittent issues but restarting fixes them temporarily.
