Transform Issue

This is my first time encountering this issue. How can I fix this? When I'm clicking the lever gameobject, its transform component isn't positon to the gameobject itself. Help me please

    That's the object's pivot. You can't move it in Unity, only in 3D modelling programs like Blender. A quick workaround solution is to parent the object to an empty gameObject and move it relative to that so your parent's pivot is where you want it to be. If you search for "pivot" on the Unity Asset Store you'll see there are a number of assets that automate that process for you. A couple are free. I've not tried them but they might help.
