Video Game Festival Submission… Entitlement Fails!

I’ve entered a game I’m developing for Quest into a game festival. I need to be able to enable festival jurors to install and run my game.  Adding Meta usernames or email addresses to the alpha channel would make that possible, of course, but no festival is likely to share personal details of their jurors.  So how can I grant access without that?  Is there any other way I can enable somebody to sideload my apk without entitlements failing?

I don't work for Meta, I'm a fellow developer, but here are some ideas you may have thought of already:

    - Publish on App Lab, and add a password screen when your game boots (so anyone can download your game, you don't know who they are, but only people you've given the password to can play it)

    - Add a 3rd party to your alpha channel, and have the jurors play the game on their device

    - Temporarily disable the entitlement check, and send them an apk they can sideload

    - SideQuest?? (Haven't looked into it, maybe they provide some distribution service?)

    Good luck!

To enable festival jurors to install and run your game without sharing personal details, consider distributing your game through a platform that allows anonymous access or creating a generic account for installation purposes. Additionally, you could provide detailed instructions on how jurors can sideload the game without needing entitlements.
