Where to find the SDK for Quest hand development?

I'm interested in playing around with hand tracking in Unity. Where can I find that, or does it already come with the Oculus Integration asset?

Thanks.

You are correct - for Unity and standalone it's there. UE4 seems to be the one to get it in 2020.
