Cannot package OVRLipSync plugin UE 4.27.2

When i tried to package project, plugin gave me this error:
"Error: An explicit Category specifier is required for any property exposed to the editor or Blueprints in an Engine module."

What should i do?

      Same issue with me not able to package it. or when i send the package to other they are not able to open in.
