Forced update and removal of 1.3.0 download prior to UE integration.

This is the most irresponsible move by a company I have ever encountered!
We received new computers and now we forced to shutdown work until the 1.4.0 is integrated in to the main UE repo since we have a custom engine and work from Epic's repo!!!

Not sure I follow. What was removed? UE4.10 and 4.11 branches with 1.4 support are at https://github.com/Oculus-VR/UnrealEngine. The Rift Runtime 1.4 works fine with the binary versions that were built with SDK 1.3. The SDK itself is at https://developer.oculus.com/downloads/pc/1.4.0/Oculus_SDK_for_Windows.
