How to install OVR Platform SDK for unreal

please I have not find a clear documentation on the procedure of how to install the 

OVR Platform SDK to Unreal Engine.

    As for the "Oculus Platform SDK", for Unreal Engine you should be using the "Unreal Engine 5 Platform SDK". I hope that helps?

    What part are you having an issue? You put the plugin in your ProjectName/Plugins folder.

    I am not talking of Meta XR Plugin but of Meta OVR platform sdk.  I downloaded from t the  site a don't actually know how to install it to my Unreal project.

      I just get this when attempting to download the SDK. Happening to me for days:
