@Neontop, I copied the folder "D:\ProgramFiles\UE_4.24\Engine\Plugins\Online\OnlineSubsystemOculus" into the Plugins folder of my project, I deleted my project's (not the plugin's) generated files (Binaries, Build, Intermediate, Saved), and regenerated the visual studio files, made the changes and recompiled. I used the second recommendation, updating the return value as demonstrated in https://issues.unrealengine.com/issue/UE-82549 -- updating IPAddressOculus.h, which was under the OnlineSubsystemOculus/Source/Private folder.

Hi @Skulltullaz thanks for your tips.
I think your solution was faster than mine.
I made the change on the engine plugin updating IPAddressOculus.h and rebuild the engine...?..
But it is Ok now  the MP is working again...
