Working Sample code for SIMPLE Free VR locomotion in Unreal?

Hello,  I see there is SAMPLE CODE for all kinds of BIZARRE and USELESS VR Locomotion 'techniques'  BUT, I never seem to be able to find anything  'simple' or 'useful'..  I ONLY want to make my apps with FREE VR Locomotion, (and maybe Teleportation as a backup and to cover distance,..)
IS THERE ANY SAMPLE CODE FOR THIS SIMPLE OBVIOUS THING?   
I ask this over and over,  I get VAGUE USELESS HINTS and TIPS,   Links to TUTORIALS THAT DON'T WORK!  I have been at this, trying to accomplish free VR locomotion for 14 months and no one has been willing or able to help.  I have to release everything in UNITY because I can use Free Locomotion there.  I  really just want to turn the VR Template into a Free Locomotion OR BETTER FIND A SAMPLE OF SUCH, 

THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP (HELP BEING A SAMPLE CODE NOT A TUTORIAL I CAN'T DO THAT ANYMORE I WILL SUICIDE AND I AM 100% NOT KIDDING I ALREADY TRIED TWICE WHILE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT  IN UNREAL.  I BET A LOT OF ARTISTS HAVE KILLED THEMSELVES AFTER THE EXTREME ILLOGIC AND INSANITY OF THIS UNDOCUMENTED CRAP ENGINE BECOMES CLEAR. ....  my Rift deserves better!

    @NextWorldVR, you can try the template of mordentral for ue4, it is called VR expansion plugin. It is comming with several types of locomotion.

    Hi,.  thanks,  yeah, Still looking (I was hoping for simple. thats the single most complex 
    package out there and is not compatible at all with ANY of the standard template UE4 VR Template stuff (or Grabbing Components etc in short an nightmare,..) :)  But thanks,...

     Any actual VR Template for UE4 Free VR Locomoption?
     Why is there even one FOR 'teleporting' (that is for the ENEMY.. People who HURT AND  KILL VR with their 'motion sickness'. blah blah blah.    Smart people do not get 'motion sickness' it is a sign of INABILITY due to limited mentality.

     AFTER ALL THIS TIME NOT EVEN OCULUS COULD ADD A 'FREE LOCOMOTION FOR TOUCH' TEMPLATE TO UE4? 

    No wonder VR is dying and there are NO GOOD GAMES YET. (IMHO)

    ANYTHING OUT THERE?? :_)   I'm dying.. here... .

    It isn't that hard, the key is to use 1st person template (non-VR) and map the movement to your touchpad instead of WASD then enable one checkbox on your FPS camera called (Lock to HMD). then adjust your character speed, that's it. 
    Make sure its Character instead of a pawn which normal what people use on VR. since pawn doesn't have a movement component.
    And make sure when you move forward the character you get the rotation from the camera and not the character so you move forward based on what you are looking and not based on the character rotation.
