Hi! I am physically disabled and just purchased a Meta quest 2. After using it for a while, it became clear that I had trouble pushing the A button (note: it worked for everyone else). I suggest that meta develops a setting that allows users to hover the cursor over a button for a certain amount of time to select it. Since ability varies from user to user, I would like to make that time adjustable as well. Approximately 1.3 billion people are disabled (source: WHO), adding this feature would make the metaverse a more inclusive place.

 I just went out and purchased a brand new meta quest 2 256mg and I love it, I even bought a game for it but very soon things  happened very soon and founcd to my dismay, it got very hot and very humid i think you guys need to get air moving, it get so humid in the glass eye pieces fog and slides downnose my nose.  I have to take mine back because I only get to play for less then minute then it fogs right up.  If you could work on that I will definitely get the meta quest 256gb again I have Cerebral Palsey don't get around like I use to and live in public housing so it was a big deal do you have coupons I only get 900$ a month  I need  some  help gettiing the next gen of meta products. the experience of vr was amazing I m totally hoping you fix this. Mm

Dear all.I purchased my headset through Amazon on 01/09/2021 and for the last 4 months have tried to get it to work and tried to contact Amazon but I have had no luck as they no longer sell it. When testing it, after it not being used for a while, i cannot get the video to turn on. If its not used its been in the box. Ive tried the troubleshooting settings so many times, but it will not work. I dont know what to do! Ive tried for so long to have it replaced and its $1300 AUD now and I cannot afford a new one. Im a single parent, barely getting by.Can you please help me?

I am a legally blind user. I can see, but my vision is extremely poor. Even with corrective lenses, I will never see 20/20. More and more games are making text harder to read, by both making it smaller, but also making it dynamic (meaning that even if you move towards it, the text stays a constant distance from you).it would be nice if maybe there was an option to have text read aloud when you are looking at the text. Or maybe while pointing at it with a controller.

The headset keeps telling me to take it off and enter a code it gives me. An 8 digit code but I can't find where to enter it.

when searching FPS you don't get as anywhere as many results as you should, games like contractors don't show up, the tags used in all store listings need to be overhauled to make navigation and finding product easier for users 

My oculus was stolen and you say it can't be tracked. I find that hard to believe. If it truly can't make a program we're it can be tracked. These thief's need held responsible. You say all I can do is whip it clean from my account. Sure just so it can be used with there account. So unfair I payed allot of money for my oculus you would think you would create something so it's trackable. I believe you can or can make it trackable. Bet it was mark Zuckerberg it could be tracked. 

I'm not certain if this counts as accessibility or not, but it's in the same ball park. If all glasses do is warp the way that light hits our eyes to make our vision clearer, then do you think it would be possible to code a VR headset to take a glasses prescription and change the way it presents images to mimic the glasses and clear their vision in the virtual space? That we have glasses prescriptions means that we know how those measurements effect our vision, so why can't we program the headset to make those changes to how it presents images to us? If you combine that with eye tracking and foveated rendering, then it doesn't seem like it should be impossible.

I’ve tried verifying my developer account via two-step verification and my phone number, but neither have worked.This is what I usually have for the verification page, and what I have marked are the statuses of what I tried to do for verification.Here is what I have on my account for the two step verification, and the Meta Developer portal says I haven’t activated it.Also, for verifying my phone number on Facebook, their SMS systems aren’t responding to my phone number or any other phone number for that matter. In conclusion, I cannot add a phone number to my Facebook account, and the Meta Developer portal can’t verify me even though two-step verification is on. Is there any way to fix this?

My phone updated and uninstalled my app. When I reinstalled  it, it was no longer connected to my headset. I can’t remember my pin and to reset it, it’s saying it has to connect to my app. The app needs the pin to connect. It’s just sending me in a circle. 

I would like to convey to you a finding that I consider important about Local Pricing. Look, I live in Turkey and used Oculus Rift, then Quest. And now I'm using Quest 2. I regret to say that during the period I used these three devices, I purchased very limited games and programs from the Oculus store. In fact, I haven't bought any recently and for a long time. Two-step verification it’s not letting me into Instagram, I’ve tried every back up code that I have none of them work I do not have the same cell phone number that I did before I’ve been trying to login with Facebook in my email I know the password I just can’t get into the two way cause I can’t change the number or deactivate it without getting access to my Instagram profile or am I wrong please help

I have a natural hand tremor that is very mild, but these controllers are so sensitive, that every little vibration sends my aim into chaos at distances, to the point that I'd call it ridiculous. I am quite accurate with a real gun, even one handed, so this isn't a matter of my coordination. I feel that you need to create a sensitivity adjustment or you will be missing out on some people not buying most of your games, or even not buying a system altogether. I know that my "real gun" has 2lbs of weight that helps control my tremor so I would say that the controllers are also too light for my problem, however I doubt that you will be putting out 2lb controllers. My hope is to find some kind of wrist weight for exercising to help alleviate this, but making a sensitivity adjustment control feature would be the way to go. It is beyond annoying and will always keep me from buying most of your games. WAY TOO SENSITIVE for aiming that isn't necessary unless the target is 50 yards away.

I pre-ordered Among Us but when it came out it made me spend $10 for the game again and I didn't get the pre-order bonus. How can I fix this problem?

I have an essential tremor aggravated by a pinched nerve, and a friend I introduced to Metaquest 2 for physical therapy (boxing) has Parkinson's. Both of us have  tremendous difficulty navigating with the laser pointer or typing on a virtual keyboard. In fact, the buttons on the controllers are so sensitive that it sounds like we're playing a game with all the chimes when we're just trying to pick an option. Tremor damping doesn't have to be elegant, especially in the navigation mode where a delay wouldn't harm people who chose the option. Tremors are periodic, so after a second or two of sampling, the software should offer thee option of cancelling them out. I'm aware most users are younger, but my interest is in Workrooms, and I suspect that a double-digit percentage of the professional

My son is a quadriplegic. I have the Oculus 2. Question, could I cast to a phone/TV and I use the hand controllers while he wears the headset and set up/ control VR videos for him if we are both in the operating space set up? Also Suggestions on head movement only Apps?Or Audio /voice control suggestions. Thank You Very much!
