Error trying to import media files

I have Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and after update the rayban meta glasses, I have an error in all my glasses, that says something like "Cannot import media files", I tried import the media file using an iphone, and I did not have any issues using iphone, but my principal is the samsung device, so I have restarted the phone, delete cache from the app, data app as well removed, and finally uninstall and install again Meta AI app, but same result "Cannot import media files"

Is this an issue for the most recent updates? or what would be the solution for this, thank you!
