Hi, I just bought the brand new Oakley Vanguard Meta and wanted to ask you guys, for everyday use, i.e. 60-90 minute runs and 2 to 4 hours bike rides, which I then post on Instagram and Facebook as stories or reels, which resolution did you choose? Do you prefer Hyperlapse or auto-capture footage?I have already connected Strava and Garmin to my glasses. Is it easy to post training statistics on social media? Thanks everyone
Hi all, this has been bugging me, happens a lot. Here's an example, two photos, one taken right after the other, using the shutter button. Why different aspect ratios? Thanks! This looks 1:1This looks 4:5
Auto crop hats and hair this feature doesn't really work at all to remove a hat or to crop it out.Seems like it did nothing the whole time and it's still in the testing faze but it's still kind of funny.https://youtube.com/shorts/NG-3oDyRQOIIs the video demonstrating the feature.
I took a picture in the night and I have got the feeling that the nightmode is getting better. The picturesound also took a little longer. I think that the exposure time is increased at low lighting conditions. And when I'm not fidging around but holding still the nighttime pictures are getting pretty good. Can someone confirm?
It would be nice if the rayban could better film im the evening also with the option landscape or portrait Switch. Now its not useable at evening on rollercoaster
All taken from the Ray-Ban Display glasses!
I asked Tech Support about this, but didn't receive a legit reply. (AI bot reply.)I asked if there is a way to prevent Ray-Ban glasses camera media from loading into your iPhone's Photos app. I prefer not to fill up my camera roll, given that the Meta AI app loads the media, already. Here is reply from Meta Tech support, but I couldn't find a relevant menu after my profile. To prevent Ray-Ban glasses camera media from loading into your iPhone's Photos app, you'll need to manage the permissions and import settings within the Meta AI mobile app. Here's how:- *Disable Auto-Import*: Go to the Meta AI mobile app settings and look for the auto-import option. Turning this off will stop media from automatically transferring to your Photos app.- *Manual Import Control*: When you open the Meta AI app, you'll see an "Import" button next to "Gallery" if there are unimported captures. You can choose what media to import manually instead of auto-importing everything.- *Manage Photo App Per
I have the gen 1 wayfarers and the display for comparison. I honestly like the thicker frames for the display ones and I don’t really notice the heavier weight. The folding case is a game changer. My only gripe is that the band wasn’t black as well
Can someone help me about the issue of importing photos or videos? For which settings?Thank you
Walking around Chicago…
Has anyone tried capturing the Aurora Borealis with their Meta Glasses? I'm considering buying a pair before a trip to Norway and I was wondering if anyone tried using the glasses to capture it?
I have just noticed that the glasses (Rayban Generation 1) are able to record slow motion and time lapse videos. Just say "Okay Meta, please start a hyper-lapse video."or"Okay Meta, please start slow motion recording." Really amazing again;)
