Changing App's Description takes more than two days

As far as I know the only way to change the description text of an app is to make a new submission in "Distribution->App Submissions" page. But it had been stuck in "submitted" state for two days. 

Is that normal to take that long to review a new submission?

Or is there a quicker way for making small changes on the store page?
