I am a MetaQuest app developer. When I tried to proceed with the Admin verification process from Meta's Organization Verification the other day, I was instructed to take a picture of my verification documents with a camera. Since I was processing the verification from my PC, I cancelled the picture-taking and tried to complete the process from my smartphone. However, the picture-taking menu never appeared again, and for some reason, it shows that I submitted my verification documents without actually submitting them, completing the application without them. Please allow me to take pictures of my verification documents again. I sent a message to Meta Support, but they instructed me that it would be appropriate to make an inquiry here. Therefore, I am posting on this forum.Thank you.

I need to confirm with Oculus support the domains and ports that must be inspected at the SSL level to be able to except it in my company's Proxy configuration and be able to install and open the Oculus application on the PC

Hello Support and everyone: We are a VR/MR game startup company from China, currently focusing on the development of Quest3 APP, we want to put our APP on the App Lab, but we have not been able to pass the "Organization Verification". When using the "Business Verification" method, the verification code will not be received, no matter email/phone/text message is the same, using the Chinese phone number/email address. When using the "Admin Verification" method, using all kinds of IDs, ID cards/passports/driver's licenses, you will receive an email saying "We can't use the ID you shared to verify your identity". I would like to ask if there are any Chinese developers who have similar problems and solutions, or can't pass the verification in China? Thank you.

 

Hello! I've been using MQDH with Quest2 for almost a year now and they used to work perfectly fine, but since a few days ago, every time I connect my Quest 2 via Link Cable, it is detected and shown as below:  However, if I try to issue any command whatsoever, be it a push, install, reconnect, etc, it turns offline. This can be seen by simply opening the Meta Quest Developer Hub. It initially appears as following: But as soon as one of those commands "finishes" (they always fail), this is the screen I'm left with.  I have tried issuing `adb reconnect offline`, which simply makes the device completely vanish from the devices list. Needing a reboot of the device (and a unplug/plug of the USB cable) for it to reappear. I have tried deleting the adb keys and re-authorizing; rebooting the adb server; disabling and re-enabling the developer mode; factory resetting the Quest 2; disabling Oculus Air Link; changing which adb version to use; clean reinstall of Windows;&n

Trying to submit my app for approval. Unable to get the Specs section of the Metadata tab to get approved. It doesnt show any errors or any VRC points to look into.Tried all possible combinations of controllers, internet requirements, play area etc. Does not approve my entries.

Hello,We’ve noticed occasional delays in report availability - for instance, as of today 22 August 2025, the archive does not yet contain the files for 13 Aug, 15 Aug, 18 Aug, and 19 Aug - some days are just skipped.We would like to receive these updates daily. In June, July, there were no such issues.Does anyone have a similar issue?Ideally, it would be great to get access to app purchases information via API.

Could Meta please give us an option to add a Guest Account without having to create another Facebook account so that I could have my friends, family and co-workers test and try the Meta VR without worrying they would mess up my settings or play my saved games? It just seems like a very simple request that most people want. If anyone agrees, please bring this attention to Meta.

Can anyone help me to create aa developer account ...when i try to create it, it keep saying in a pop up... This is because we noticed you are using a device you don't usually use and we need to keep your account safe. We'll allow you to make this change after you've used this device for a while.

Hello, I recently changed countries, so I needed to update my information on Quest Payout.I was told that I could contact the relevant people via Contact Forms >Horizon OS Developer >Payout, as my information had already been entered. However, I keep getting a “No Payout Selected” error. I am the sole developer and have full access to all permissions. I also was logged in with correct facebook account.Does anyone know how to resolve this issue or how to contact Meta Quest through an alternative method? 

It seems I'm now required to add a payment method to set Oculus Quest 2 to Developer Mode. Is there any way for educators and students to bypass this? I shouldn't require students to add credit card numbers to learn how to develop for Oculus Quest 2 ...

Hi there!We are experiencing a critical issue with accessing our Business Manager account. Our business ID is 584753818697935,When attempting to access the Business Manager, we are prompted to verify the account via an SMS code sent to our phone number. The number is correct, but the SMS is not being delivered despite multiple attempts.We are unable to contact Meta Support directly, as access to Business Manager is required to do so — which, due to the issue described above, we currently do not have. We have submitted multiple bug reports, but have received no response so far.Please advise how we can regain access to our Business Manager.Thank you in advance for your assistance!

On Facebook platform dashboard has been add the payment information( not sync to meta horizon platform, WHY?). I've tried uploading files more than ten times. Each time it proceeds to upload W-8BEN-E-file, it loads infinitely and sees #45285 error from the console. Throw the error code #45285 , I dont know why. I want to submit a request in the developer support portal. It asks me to connect my account to the developer support portal. When I click connect, it says there is an unexpected error and to contact support.I contact support, they tell me to contact developer support. I can't submit a request for developer support without being able to connect, so I'm hoping a forum post will suffice.

Meta needs the ability to password protect account owner profiles from other family/child profiles.Meta needs to add the ability for casting to other family/chuld profiles. Both increase child protections and increase the ability for parents or caregivers to participate/see children in-game.Love the parental control capabilities otherwise.

I cannot run an A/B test on the developer dashboard. The reason is 'you have a pending unapproved app submission', but I don't have any such app submission. The app is currently live on the main Quest store.Also, under my list of apps, it reads 'Ready to Submit', but there is nothing we are submitting. Everything has been submitted, approved, and published.This is blocking our testing.  

Trying to invite a new member onto the Organisation page, they receive the invitation email ook, but when they go to View Invitation, they are taken to their app and then get the message "Something went wrong, try opening and closing your browser". Tried logging out and back into the app, restarting the phone. Any other ideas?
