It seems like Noone at Meta is aware that their AI generation tool is broken since the last update. It will not create 3d models. I noticed the sample images for choosing the model is way different and doesnt look like a model image. And then when you generate, it just creates a flat mesh with the texture image placed on top.

Its been successful a couple times for me but most of the time it fails. Most of the generations look like this:
What kind of asks is it failing on?
I attempted something similar to what you have in the pictures - I generated a patch of grass which does seem to experience this issue.
Are there other asks it's failing?
Meta stuff is constantly and randomly failing for many different people for many different reasons, all of which boil down to total incompetence on the part of Meta.
Everything Horizons related is just a piss-take at this point. It's a joke platform. They push out updates and reconfigure things without ever even testing them. It's fantastic. What a total failure.
