Unable to rotate any object in old and new worlds + textures swapped on their own in all old builds
I build with primitives directly inside the Horizon Worlds app and not on the desktop editor. I have already reinstalled the app and checked all the settings available after a day of back and forth trouble-shooting with a Meta support person. Rebooted both the app and system but the problem persists. I can no longer rotate anything using the rotation arrows in any of my old builds or any brand new build started from scratch. This is not specific to an object, gizmo or asset. The rotation arrows are unable to rotate anything, even a simple cube. Have already reinstalled and rebooted several times now in the past week but the problem persists. This is only 1 of the 2 issues that I'm experiencing. The second is that all my previously published worlds using the "simple noise" texture on objects are swapping that with the "Speckled Spots" texture. This has happened to worlds that have been untouched for years and even happening to new worlds. When hovering into the object with the glitched texture to show the selection cube around it, the texture immediately switches back to the original "simple noise" all on its own and stays that way in the duration of the build but when published it becomes the "speckled spots" again. It makes the models look hideous and I need to showcase those at an event very soon. Both these issues are preventing me from preparing for the event so any help to resolve these 2 issues is appreciated. I even tried their steps of simultaneously pressing A,B,X,Y to start the error reporting process but nothing happened. The screen would just pause for 1 second and then resume like nothing happened. Tried it several times in the past week.
