uncle.brandon The purple diamond credits, known as Meta Credits, are used for purchasing clothing and customization items for avatars in Horizon Worlds. They cannot be used to buy games in the Meta Store, which requires Store Credits instead.

The purple diamonds (Meta Credits) are for buying clothing for your avatar in Horizon Worlds. If you want to buy games in the Meta Store, you need to buy Store Credits (Quest Cash). You could try contacting customer support (live chat, email or WhatsApp) and see if they can exchange them for Store Credits for you.
