Purchased games not on account after merging/resetting password of accounts
Help! All of my purchased games are gone from my Meta Quest 2.
I recently dusted off my quest 2 after many years of not playing. After some trouble logging in to my Facebook account due to its use of an email I no longer have access to, I was able to log in and get the new app installed on my phone. It prompted me to merge with a Meta account, so I did.
However, none of my previous purchases appear to be connected to my account. I tried factory resetting the headset, clearing my browser cache, re-installing the app, every answer I could find on the internet, with no success... so now I am here, desperate for help.

There was a deadline for migrating the Oculus account to a Meta account.
All accounts not migrated by March 29, 2024, were deleted.
Users received emails about this date.
However, you may talk to support, maybe they can still restore your purchases.
