Not seeing the game to redeem?
If you have a qualifying headset and you’re not seeing the game to redeem, you may be a secondary account holder. Check-in with the primary account holder to have them enable App Sharing, so you can see the game on your headset.

Experiencing slow downloads? Here’s what to know:
- Check the memory on your headset: ensure that your device has enough memory to download the app. If your device is low on memory, it may take longer to download the app.
- Cellular networks: if you are using a cellular network, such as a hotspot, be aware that download times may be longer. Try moving closer to the router or switching to a different network if possible.
- Find a stable WiFi connection: make sure you are connected to a stable and fast WiFi network. Moving closer to the router may help improve the connection speed.
- Check for other large downloads: check if there are any other large downloads in progress, such as downloading other games or watching streaming services. These can impact the performance of your WiFi and slow down the app download process.
