Quest 2 - Controller won't pair and is blinking

HELP HELP Recently my Oculus Quest 2 right controller started blinking SOS message. I think it has something to do with the firmware. Quite everything like unpairing and repairing to the app and I also tried resetting my VR headset nothing seem to work. It also tried to update itself in the headset it said it succeeded but then never connected. yes i have done everything even factory resetting now my headset is stuck because my controller wont pair and its still blinking HELPP PLSSS

    Private message? They refuse to address this. Same old bot response. They know none of it works. And they take these junk controllers, refurbish them, and rip off the next person. Just FIX THE FIRMWARE ISSUES AND STOP RUINING OUR DEVICES!
