Where is the quest 3 feature request list?

The new user interface is great. However, what most customers would want is customizations and personalization. My pet peeves are listed below.

the dock is completely unnecessary now. They need to remove it and just allow an option to snap screens near currently open screens.
They need to add an option to curve those screens without going into Focus view
Add vr Loft customizations. 90% of enjoyment would be customizing and working in your own personal vr home.
the new menu is good, but intrusive. stops YouTube videos,interupts other workflows and takes up the entire screen. just open it on the side.
