Account Recovery
I tried to use my Oculus Quest 2 for the first time in quite a while and it wanted me to set up a Meta account and associate it with the device. I did and then it told me my account was deleted and that I should do a system restore.
Does that mean my purchases are gone? Can I transfer them to a new account?
This happened a while ago. I noticed you said Oculus Quest 2, so I figured you have had it for a while.
Meta sent out emails informing users that they needed to migrate their user account or they would lose everything and the account would be deleted.
Here is a sample of the email that got sent. Like it said it was a while ago (2022-2024)
