Hey jekyll1225.2023,
We can see you're having some tracking issues with your headset. That's not ideal, but don't worry - we're here to help!
First of all, please make sure tracking is turned on in Settings.By default, the headset will use 6DoF tracking, unless it has been turned off in the Guardian settings panel or lost tracking while in VR.
- Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
- Select Settings
- Select System from the Settings panel
- Select Headset Tracking from the left side panel
- Make sure Headset Tracking is ticked
If that doesn't help, we'd recommend clearing your boundary history if you're able to:
- Press the Oculus/Meta logo on your right controller
- Click on the clock on the left side of the universal menu
- Select Settings
- In the settings panel, select Boundary
- Select 'Clear Boundary history'
- Redraw your Guardian boundaries by selecting 'Adjust Boundary' from the Boundary settings menu
In the event you're still having issues, please remove any unsupported third-party accessories you might have attached and reboot your headset.

I would humbly like to add,
You need to be sure what type of electricity frequency you have in your country (50Hz or 60Hz) and match that frequency in your headset tracking settings for the best tracking possible. Hope your headset tracking issue is resolved.
All the best!
