How do I turn off the "Frames Per Second" overlay?

The other day I put on my headset and had a "Frames Per Second" overlay that appears in the upper middle of my view. I have no idea how it got turned on and I can't find any settings related to it. Does anyone know how to turn it off?

  • I don't see this fps graph with my Q3 or QPro.  Maybe this is due to some 3rd party software you have installed (Quest Game Optimizer?).  If so, maybe look at their settings and/or uninstall it.  Could also be a Developer option if you have a Developer account.  If you have this you may want to see what settings are available and/or opt out of it.  Cheers.

I don't have Quest Game Optimizer installed and didn't install anything before this appeared. It seems like it is system level since it appears over every app I run. It's possible I have some developer settings enabled (I worked in QA for Oculus a few years ago, so who knows what I may have done to my account) but I don't remember how to access any of those settings. Its just strange that this suddenly appeared out of the blue 3 days ago.
