Meta Quest 2 Completely Bricked after Initial Software Update
I got a Meta Quest 2 today for Christmas. Everything was going well, logged into Wi-Fi and stuff, and it was that time, updating time. I didn't put in my Meta account yet. I let it do its update stuff for a while, still saw the update screen when it was at downloading 97%. A bit later, it was completely black screened. I gave it a while, it was charging with the charging light on. I gave it a couple hours, tried to turn it on normally, didn't work. I did the power button volume down thing, it went to the menu, I clicked boot, it booted into a weird download screen, when it was done it went to meta logo and then a couple minutes later black screened. I did this multiple times, same thing. So, I did the process again, but factory reset instead. It did the exact same as before, didn't help, tried once more, then was harder to get to the menu, then just clicked the device info option, and black screen, then no way to turn back on, couldn't get to the menu, didn't have power light, basically just a hopeless piece of junk. I tried connecting it to my computer, everything. I think its a problem with a new software update, specifically updating from older versions.
If anyone can fix this, please reply.
(I'll be on vacation tomorrow to a bit after the first of next year, so I will try all resolutions after I get back)
