Meta quest is saying my email is wrong www.meta.com/device

I had a suspension on my meta quest 2 but i got it fixed and when i go to http://www.metaquest.com/device and enter my email it says that it is incorrect. Meta please help me

Maybe you thought you got your suspension fixed but you didn't? Maybe there is another step you should take? Either way, definitely contact support. Good luck!

No because i got an email saying that it is un restricted. Thank you though

I can't follow your link, gives me an error that the page doesn't exist.

Maybe try if your e-mail is accepted here:

https://www.meta.com/my/devices/

or here:

https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/

Also, maybe try it from PC instead of phone or vice versa, try it from a different browser.

I am having the same issue. I need help and guidance to solve this problem. I'll be waiting to hear back with a solution.

Can you log on to Meta Account Center at all? You can add/delete email addresses from there.
