Meta Quest Link app stuck on a gray window

I was using my headset normally the other day, and the next time I tried to open the app, it got stuck on a gray window with nothing in it. I've tried repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. If I put on the headset, I can see the black grid + black sky landscape and 3 dots as if the UI is loading, but it never loads. I don't think it's related to the actual headset, the app should load normally on its own, it always has, but it's not loading now for some reason.

    Fixed. It's caused by the "First Steps" app. It completely breaks the Meta Quest Link app. It might not be the only app that does. After some troubleshooting, I figured out that deleting the "Oculus" folder in %AppData% fixes the issue.
