Quest 2 battery going straight from 100% to 24% when unplugged

I'm wondering if this is a visual bug or an actual issue because it happens instantly

Sometimes this doesnt happen so im just confused on what is causing this

I'll unplug it after it says 100% and instantly plug it back in to test it and its just straight to the 20's

    Another thing i should state is that the oculus is off during this

    • Please use the official charging cable and adapter
    • Don't leave the headset plugged in for several days or weeks at a time, as this can damage the battery over time
    • Certain features will deplete charge quicker, such as a higher refresh rate
    • Restart your Meta Quest 2 headset 
    • Perform a force restart of your device

      I'm using the official charger

      I left the charger in the "Meta Quest 2" for about 7 hours

      And refresh rate shouldnt matter when its off
