Quest 2 camera's not tracking properly?

My Quest 2 was working fine. I hadn't used it for a month or 2 and decided to boot it up. It would start up and seem normal for a few seconds. Then the camera tracking would float off and the image would freeze for a couple seconds. It would do this over and over. I thought a factory reset might solve the problem but now it just does the same thing while trying to load into the starting environment. It goes back and forth between freezing on the environment back to pass through loading into environment, tracking floats away, goes back to pass through, loads back into environment. Over and over. I have no way of accessing my menu to check tracking settings.

I assume one of my cameras might have become faulty. I replaced a camera once roughly 2 years ago and it worked good as new. I think maybe its the same camera that became faulty. But I would like to like to figure out how I can know for sure. I don't want to end up replacing all 4 and have it still not working.

Maybe it could be a firmware issue. I don't really know.

It's highly unlikely to be a firmware or software issue. You have all the symptoms of an inside-out tracking camera failure. Which one, I can't tell you. Try covering each camera one at a time. If tracking gets worse, you probably covered a working camera. If covering one particular camera makes no difference, that one is probably the faulty one.
