Quest 2 v79 black passthrough

So after a few weeks without using my headset, I put it on today, it updates to v79, and now the passthrough cameras are completely black. Even when defining the play area I cannot see my environment. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    We want all of our users to have the best experience, therefore, we know that passthrough is an integral part of great gameplay. 

     

    For more information regarding how to use passthrough as well as room lighting recommendations, please click here.

     

    In the meantime, would you mind restarting your headset? To do this, please follow the below steps:

    1. Whilst using your headset, press and hold the power button until you see the Power off screen.
    2. Select Restart

    Once these steps have been completed, your headset will turn itself off and back on again. 

     

    If, after this, you are still experiencing issues with passthrough, please don't hesitate to reach out to our wonderful Customer Support team so that one of our lovely colleagues can investigate this further for you.

      That's wierd, I thought powering it off by longpressing the power button and turning it on again would fix the problem, but no, I actually had to select restart like you said! Now it works!
