Got another lock state here. Initially started as not being able to track. Cleaned off all sensors, sat in a well lit room with no direct sunlight, no respective surfaces, and still didn't work. Followed that up with a factory reset that didn't seem to help. Now powers on, gives the logo, then goes to black screen. Go to look at device settings and "lock state: locked". Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

xXCypherNineXx my working Quest 3 has the lock state locked showing in the boot menu, so I'm not sure if the lock state is relevant. Do you do a lot of exercise in the headset or stuff like thrill of the fight, i.e. games that make you sweat?
Anonymous Yes fairly often. I'd assume excessive sweating causes issues with the sensors
xXCypherNineXx unfortunately, it sounds very much like it. you might get it working again if you completely dry it out, but it mustn't get moist again as it may become unrecoverable.
