Quest 3s Controller Battery Pack Not Working Out the Box

  • If controller batteries do not charge or turn on, there is a hole to press a reset switch on the battery packs. Use a paperclip to reset the device for 12-15 seconds.

i had done this step, it doesn't work

using normal batteries is fine

when i put it back to dock, it turn on only for a moment then turn off ( Only left controller)

    NaoAI  try a small ball of aluminium foil placed between the battery positive terminal and the positive contact cup in the hand controller, refit the battery and retest in the dock.
