Reels say uploaded but have not

I have both a personal and business page on Facebook and toggle between the two.  Reels are my biggest draw to get  new followers to my business page.  I like to schedule content in advance and  have the meta suite app on my android phone.  Since my content is on my phone and I like to use voiceovers, which you can't do on a desktop, using the app is the only way for me to create reels with voiceover.  I spend a great deal of time creating the reel, scheduling it and get a message that it's uploaded.  However when I go back in suite to confirm it's there it is not.  When I go back in to create again it asks if I want to continue with my current reel.  The video, voiceover, everything is there but the text, so I'll re-add that, schedule again, and same upload message and again it's not there.  This happens more often than not.  Since I attempt to make reels every day, usually once or twice a week it will work, but than will only allow me to make about two reels before it stops working again.  This has been going on for months and I'm at my wits end on what to do.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the meta suite and facebook apps, cleared cache, and even took my phone to the tmobile store to see if they had any suggestions.  No one else seems to experience the same problem in all the research I've done.  Does anyone with tech experience know how to remedy the situation?
