Request for Assistance - Quest 3 Wrongfully Disabled (Serial Included)

I need help with re-enabling my Quest 3 headset, which was suddenly disabled only a few days after I received it. The device was working perfectly at first, and then without any warning it became blocked by Meta.

Device details:

Meta Quest 3

Serial Number: ***

I purchased the headset second-hand, and after it became disabled I contacted the seller. Unfortunately, the seller provided inconsistent information about the original purchase date and was not cooperative when I requested a refund. I have since resolved the dispute with the marketplace, but the device remains unusable.

I’m hoping Meta Support can help verify the status of this headset and advise on whether it can be re-enabled.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm not sure what they'll do...... in my country stolen things that reappear are returned to the original owner.

    Happens to me years ago when I bought something - not a headset - used on ebay...... lost the money and what I bought.

    It seems, you at least got your money back.
