Screen Burn in.
So I just bought this headset 4 days ago, when I was playing golf+ the other night it crashed my headset so I shut it down. Next day I come home from work to that USB update mode burnt in my left lens. I also can’t even get into the support page, it says my account isn’t associated with any device which isn’t true but also when I put in my serial number in it says it couldn’t find the device. Can someone please help me if I’m doing something wrong?!

probably you are not doing anything wrong.
Sometimes it takes some time until new activated devices appear on the support page.
But you should be able to see your Quest on this page when you tap on devices on the left bar.
