The Quest Touch Pro controller update won't start

【Issue】
I use Quest Touch Pro controllers with my Quest 3.
When I started up the Quest 3, a notification appeared saying the Quest Touch Pro controllers needed updating, and it displayed “Starting update.” However, even after waiting 20 minutes, the update did not begin.
The Quest Touch Pro's menu button was functional, so it wasn't that the system wasn't recognizing it.
【Resolution】
Updating the Quest 3 headset itself allowed the controller update to complete successfully.
*Updating the Quest 3 headset requires performing the update operation from the settings menu using either hand tracking or a Quest 3 controller.
The following is my hypothesis:
The update notification contained the trigger for the Quest Touch Pro controller update, but the controller update file was included within the headset's update package.
This likely caused the controller to enter an update-waiting state, but since there was no update to apply, it remained stuck in this waiting state indefinitely, rendering the controller unusable.
