V78.1030 installing but not installing

Ok, On Quest 3s I'm on V78.0 with Navigator. Everything is working fine. I got a software update notification to install v78.1030. First Pic 1 install got stuck at around 90%. Pic 2/3. I choose to install again and instantly says install complete and restart the device. Pic 4. Restarted device, says You're all up to date......and I'm still on v78.0. This happened a couple of weeks ago and I assumed it wouldn't try to update to 1030 again and v79 would come, but it just randomly popped up again. My headset is working fine, no issues except an occasional ipd notice popping up. Really Meta, what are you doing ? I just noticed I can only put one attachment so can't show the progress. I put the last pic No 4 up which shows all up to date with the v78.1030 update ......but I'm still on the same version.
