Where can i find the Oculus Debug Tool?

I think you need the 1.4 SDK for the latest runtime and it's important to open it while Oculus Home is running, not before. Otherwise it will mess up the tracking somehow.

If you want to increase the render resolution in Assetto Corsa, you don't have to use the tool anymore.
Go to System/cfc in your AC folder and open Oculus.cfg. :)

@JohnMaarschalk I believe you need to install Home for it to work. If you're on an old runtime like 0.8 or whatever simply downloading the latest SDK won't do it.
