Wrong country for my quest 3 replacement

I'm having some dead pixels on my left lcd display, i've tried to request a change for it but i can't put my address in or even change country that for some reason is "Netherlands" but i live in Germany, where i can chage the region or anything to resolve this problem?

    Just wanted to give you an update: I've contacted Otto again and explained the situation. They have now agreed to have me send the headset back to them so their team can inspect the problem themselves.

    Fingers crossed it will be sorted out now. Thanks again for the support!

    Unfortunately, you cannot change the country.
    Meta will only ship replacements to the country where the headset was originally delivered, according to the serial number.... e.g. to a retailer.
    Did you buy it from Amazon?
    Are you still in the 30 day return period?

      I didn't buy it from Amazon but from Otto (another market). unfortunetly the 30 day return period is over and Otto said that I must ask Meta for a replacement.

        They are correct, after this period you have deal with Meta.

        You can send a PM @MetaQuestSupport and explain your problem.

        Click on their name, then click the "send message" button.

         

        The easiest way would be, if you know someone in the Netherlands and could provide this address.

        Maybe it's also worth to talk with Otto again.

        I mean.... you ordered your headset from Otto.de, and apparently they delivered a headset intended for Qtto.nl.
        So, it's their fault that you're facing this issue now.

        I hope you'll get that resolved.

  • You can’t change the country yourself once the Quest 3 warranty form locks it. You’ll need to contact Meta Support directly and ask them to update your region to Germany so you can proceed with the replacement.

      As far as I know it's not possible for Meta to change the country from what the device was shipped to.

        It seems like mr.simon.238701​ bought his device in Germany but for some reason it looked like a Netherlands device, maybe ? Could be the borders of the countries being beside each other, there was a mix up? They might have recognized something wasn't right. In my case if I have a problem I'd have to fly to Germany, send mine back, then wait for the replacement before going back to TΓΌrkiye πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
