Air Link suddenly not working

When i try to connect my quest 2 to my pc using airlink then it instantly gray's out. If i try to use an another pc and it is unavailable then it takes time to gray out not instantly. If another pc is available then it works normally. I have factory reset my quest and did a clean install of windows 10 and the quest pc app.

I have reset my router, anything that could be reset. SteamVR works fine with steam link. I was casually using AirLink and one day i turned my quest off and then the next day it just didnt connect and hasn't since. There werent any updates so that coulnt be the issue.

    Hey there Matue94!

     

    We hear that you're having some troubles connecting your Air Link with your PC, that's of course not ideal and we'd love to help you out!

    We have a few steps here that you can try out which might just get your Air Link connected:

     

    • Check that your network is connected to your headset, for that please try downloading something while in standalone and connected to your network.
    • Try Re-Pairing Air Link with these steps:
      • In the Quest headset, navigate to the Settings menu
      • Ensure "Air Link" is disabled/toggled off
      • Restart both the Quest and the PC, and re-pair the Quest to the PC following the set-up steps in the public article, "Set up and connect Meta Quest Link and Air Link "

    Should that not work, then we'd recommend resetting the whole system needed for Air Link which would be your router, then your PC and lastly the Meta Quest itself, in that order.
