Display port not connecting

my USB connecting fine its just that every time I plug in the display nothing happens not even a sound there is no visible damage on the wire whatsoever, can someone please explain how i can connect this

      Hey there,  nikkysanta

       

      Hopefully we can help get your Rift S up and running.

       

      1. Go to settings

      2. Beta

      3. Restart Oculus

       

      Then go to

      1. Devices

      2. Rift-S, remove device. In order to select the button (which can sometimes be greyed out), unplug the headset where the cable goes into the headset, deleted the device, then add it again once plugged in.

      lo stesso per me rift s con i stessi problemi ancora non risolti 

  • I tried to contact support directly but I have two issues:

    1. I'm unable to find the correct category to start a support ticket.
    2. Because I removed my device as suggested, my account no longer has a linked device.
