How find my access code

Hi. I wrote last week-end.  I had a problem for give the answer. I'm sorry. Ok, i have a problem with my connexion.  I open my mask and open my session. I see to username.  When i connect my session they ask me my access code (code d'accès). It's the first time they ask me my a code to open my session. When i try to open  wife's session  i have access to his account. It's really strange. I don't understand. How can i find my access code.

    Have you tried looking in the Meta Horizon app on your mobile phone? You should be able to reset your code from there, under your device.

    Headset Settings->Passcode

    If you can't remember your passcode, you will need to factory reset your headset!
