Yes, it is very unstable and stutters quite a bit. I can understand the frustration. Once you can get your headset set up, it's usable, though not great. How old is your phone, you should preferably be on at least Android v14, older than that can cause issues even though they say it won't. I've a Samsung S25 ultra on version 16 and it's far from perfect. It was better until recent updates totally messed it up. However I factory reset recently and despite the app not being perfect it went through the install process smoothly for me. As a possible fix, at least to get the install done, try deleting the cache in the app, it gets up to more than a GB sometimes.. You can also try reinstalling the app and immediately clearing the cache after signing in and try again. The install problem is likely related to your phone or even your WiFi, so check them too. Make sure you device is on the same Wifi network and it should preferably be 5ghz. Good luck.
